The new WiFi Direct is a wonderful device, which is definitely going to help the users to exchange relevant data and share applications without the availability of any WiFi access point. It absolutely requires no hotspot or router to establish a wireless connection. The new wireless networking specification has a myriad uses, which goes beyond the Bluetooth territory even threatening to make the current wireless protocol outdated. The devices would soon get certification to get WiFi Direct compliance by the mid of next year. The certification will be finalized by the WiFi Alliance.
