Nikon trailblazed the trend of wi-fi enabled cameras in digital generation. Now, it has taken a step further to widen its hugely applauded range with the stellar COOLPIX S610c wireless camera. Nikon recently inked an agreement with wayport for fast and easy photo sharing. With each new wireless camera, Nikon made sure to modernize the photo-sharing process by effacing cables, computers and wires from its way. The sixth-generation of wi fi enabled cameras allows you to share your memories from more than 10,000 locations nationwide including several hotels and 9,700+ Mc Donald’s restaurants. Sounds exciting!

The latest COOLPIX S610c camera makes use of home wireless networks to e-mail and share pictures on my picturetown service. It is also claimed to be the first ever wi-fi camera to use Wi-Fi protected service. The enhanced wireless technology allows you to share and store your images in virtually no matter of time. Besides e-mailing pictures to your dear ones directly through camera and my picturetown service, users can also send their lovable memories to the social networking sites, blogs, photo community and sharing website Flickr.

Its other integrated features are-3.0-inch LCD screen, 3.6x Zoom-NIKKOR wide-angle lens, 10- megapixels, Optical Vibration Reduction function along with image stabilization system and ISO up to 3200. The long list of its abilities also boasts of an excellent start-up time 0.7 seconds in addition to the smile mode, active child mode, scene auto selector mode and motion detection for convenient and trouble-free photography. The black beauty is coming in September 2008 to amaze people with its outstanding performance at $329.95 only.

I agree, a great phone. There is an update to the operating system on this phone. Android 2.1 is available free. I think you need to check with your Network for a download.
